How to Set Up Your Shirlee’s Member Mobile Account

We are happy to announce that we are making plans to open under Phase 1 rules! Phase 1 will include Gym Visits and Personal Training by appointment. You can make appointments using our new app (instructions below).  Phase 1 Gym visits will include access to most of our facility but not the locker room nor the pool area.  Please call or email for more information (909) 985-6400 or If you do not have a smart phone or other device to use the app, you can make an appointment by calling.

Phase 1 will not include in-person classes.  Hopefully we will be able to offer in-person classes in Phase 2. For now, we will continue to offer online classes. For more info on online calsses, please join the ShirleeStrong Members Only Facebook Page

Find Your Shirlee’s Gym Number

 Look on the back of your membership card to find your five-digit number. You will use this number when you sign up by adding the letters SH and a dash before the number.  For example, if your card has number 00123, your number for the app will be SH-00123. 

Get the App.  Go to the App Store on your device and look for Club Systems My Membership App.  The icon will be a blue square with an icon for a hand holding a barbell. Download the App.

Once it is downloaded, click the icon for the app to open it on your device. 

Create Account on the App

You will see a log in screen that has RETURNING MEMBERS and NEW MEMBERS. 

Go down to where it says NEW MEMBERS and enter SH- followed by your Shirlee’s Member’s Number.

Next, think of a password and enter it twice.  It is a good idea to jot down your password and store it someplace in case you forget it.

Then fill in your email, phone and birth date.  Be sure that the email and phone are the ones you used when you joined Shirlee’s.  They must match the ones in our system.  If you need to update your email and phone then please call (909) 985-6400 or email us at


Click the Privacy Policy box to agree to terms.

Click the box that says Create Account.

That’s It!

Now you are a registered member of the App!

How to Set up Appointment for Personal Training or Gym Visit

First sign up (see above).  If you are not logged in, log in to your account under Returning Members.  Remember, your number is the number on your Shirlee’s Card PLUS the letter SH and a dash.  So, for example, if your number is 00123, then use SH-00123.  Then enter your password.  

Now go to the hamburger icon (icon with three horizontal lines) to access the menu


and scroll down to “Scheduling.”  Choose “Scheduling.”


You will have two options:  “PT” and “Court.”


Personal Training

To schedule Personal Training, choose PT.

Choose the trainer of your choice from the Employee Drop-Down Menu.

Choose the week of your appointment.  Do not skip choosing the week!  Then choose the day and time and click the BOOK button.  

That’s it!   You are set.  The app should send an email to you to confirm.  Check to see that you got the email.  If you do not see it, check your spam folder.  

If you made a mistake and need to cancel, hit the cancel button.  

You appointment has been reserved just for you, so please keep your appointment, and if you need to cancel, do with at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. 


Gym Visit

To schedule a time to work out, choose Court.  


Then Choose a Gym Visit under the drop-down menu.  To comply with COVID rules, Shirlee’s has a limited number of gym visit openings. Use the down-down menu to choose Gym Visit 1, Gym Visit 2 etc.  Then use the Week Of  drop-down menu to see the calendar to choose the correct week.   Do not skip this step! Then choose the day and time.  That’s it!  You are scheduled!  Check for a confirmation email.


Remember, we have reserved this slot for you!   If you need to cancel, please cancel with a minimum of 24 hours notice to avoid a charge.
